On Monday, the Public Prosecution Service requested an acquittal in the case of the so-called Rosmalense flat murder. According to the public prosecutor, new, extensive research has undermined the evidence on the basis of which Rob B. (64) was convicted on appeal in 2007, reports ANP news agency. The Court of Appeal in Arnhem is reviewing the case on behalf of the Supreme Court.
