Olympique Lyon may be working on Tetê whereabouts – Feyenoord’s Malacia ahead of arrival

Tetê (22), on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk to Olympique Lyon, could stay at the French club beyond the end of the season. As the “L’Equipe‘ writes, the Brazilian is close to signing again with the ‘Gones’. According to the report, Lyon were originally keen to sign the attacker on a permanent basis. There is talk of claims from Ukraine of more than 25 million euros. Because the war-related FIFA transfer regulations for foreign professionals and coaches in Ukraine and Russia were recently extended by another season, there are now many indications of a renewed loan for a season.

Tetê joined Lyon as part of the special transfer window in March, where he has two goals and five assists in ten games. Since then, he has increased his market value from 20 to 22 million euros, which is only surpassed by four players in coach Peter Bosz’s squad. According to “L’Équipe”, OL has agreed with Tetê to continue working together on the same terms as before. The former Brazilian youth international is under contract with his regular club until the end of next year. In early 2019, he joined Shakhtar for €15m from Gremio, who have only spent more money on three professionals in the club’s history.

In addition to Tetê: Olympique Lyon also want Malacia from Feyenoord

In addition to Tetê, Olympique Lyon are apparently keen to sign Tyrell Malacia (22) from Feyenoord Rotterdam. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, both clubs have agreed on a deal for a fee of 15 million euros. “RMC Sports“ from France confirmed the message about an agreement. Malacia, who has been with the club since 2008, would become the third most expensive sale in the club’s history. Most recently, the left-back has also been linked with Manchester United.

Malacia, whose market value was recently upgraded from 11.5 to currently 17 million euros, made 50 appearances in all competitions last season with six goals involved. The defender made his debut for the Dutch national team in September last year, for which he has played five games so far.
