Number of asylum seekers Ter Apel again above 2000 last nights, penalty for COA up to 300,000 euros

In the past two nights, more than 2000 asylum seekers have slept in the registration center in Ter Apel in Groningen. That is above the limit, and that is why the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) has to pay another 100,000 euros in penalty payments. The counter for the past weeks is now at 300,000 euros.
