No natural ice in Zuidwolde, but plenty of fun around the plastic skating rink

The volunteers of the De Falieberg ice skating club became nervous around Christmas: the ice on the pond of De Falieberg – the Zuidwolde ice rink – was growing faster than expected and if the frost period continued, they would be in a split. That had everything to do with 750 years of Zuidwolde.
