“No more red lines”: Russia systematically executes Ukrainian prisoners of war, according to ‘Hero of Ukraine’

Russian forces are systematically executing Ukrainian prisoners of war as they step up their attacks during peace negotiations. So says Major Oleh Shyriaiev, who received the highest national award – ‘Hero of Ukraine’ – for his leadership on the battlefield. He told the British newspaper ‘The Times’ that he regularly intercepts messages in which Russian military leaders give orders to kill Ukrainian soldiers even though they surrender.
