Radio host Niko Saarinen tells Nicotellepodcast, that he lived in a hectic and confusing time Maria Veitola in Yökylä during the filming of the program.
Saarinen mentions that he also had a sexual challenge with the booked man at the same time. Saarinen talks about the man as Mr. Big.
– We had such a playful challenge, which was funny that we don’t launch for three days. Then, when we see, there’s a fucking charge. This was not a competition, but we were meant to launch together, Saarinen said in the podcast.
Because of the challenge, he did not masturbate when the reporter-presenter Maria Veitola he had a night because of filming.
– This would probably have been the fact that I would have decided to go then at night, because I jerk off every day. But then I didn’t jerk.
According to Saarinen, Mr. Big came to visit him a day after Veitola left him.

Saarinen revealed in the program that he was in love with the reserved man in question. Saarinen’s host couple Katja Lintu asks on the podcast if he’s still in love. Saarinen does not want to comment on the matter, but says that he told the man about his feelings before the episode was published.
During the episode, Saarinen regrets that he used his screen time in Veitola’s program to announce his love.
– I get a little angry with myself for the fact that I’m actually talking about a reserved man on national TV. I give this damn show some attention.
Saarinen feels that he failed in the sense that by talking about his feelings, he fueled people’s interest in his love life.
– I felt disappointed as to why I, who have appeared so much in the media, did that. I didn’t do it on purpose – there was no attention seeking involved.

Saarinen told Iltalehte in the spring of 2025 that he ended up having sex with a reserved man. They met years ago on the internet. The presenter said that she did not know that the man was dating at the first meeting.
Later, Saarinen told Iltalehte that his meeting with the reserved man aroused sharp opinions on social media.
– People have really strong opinions on the matter and have condemned it very harshly, both him and me, says Saarinen.
– Things are difficult anyway, and then we add the public’s opinion to that. It just makes things even more difficult, he states.
