Manon Brabant, a niece of Olivier Vandecasteele, the Belgian aid worker who has been detained in Iran for more than a year, will be locked up for 24 hours on Saturday at the Grand Place of Tournai. She does this in protest against “the slowness of the concrete progress” in the Vandecasteele file.
