ROma, Mar 26th. (askanews) – Nicole Kidman is the protagonist of “Holland”a disturbing thriller where nothing turns out to be as it seems.
The film “Holland” directed by Mimi Cave arrives on Prime Videos, from 27 March in which the actress plays Nancy Vandergroot, teacher and housewife with apparently perfect and happy life, with her husband, Matthew Macfadyenand the son, in a charming town full of tulips, Holland, in fact, in Michigan. Nancy and the colleague, played by Gael Garcìa Bernal, soon begin to shed light on a dark secret which hides in their community, revealing a far from perfect reality.
“When I finished it I was enchanted – said the actress – I hadn’t seen many things because I wasn’t there when they turned them around and I must say that there are some really courageous choices.
