Ilse takes you into the Zoetermeer nature for a tough round of power walking. During her lessons she starts with a warming up, and then explains the techniques during power walking. Along the way there is time for strength exercises: such as push-ups against a bench or dips near a tree trunk. During a trial lesson you can experience whether power walking is something for you.
