Brown said in a statement through his attorney that he refused to play injured and that the coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Bruce Arians, has been banned from the team.
“The trainer told me that for me it was about the ‘Bucs‘if I don’t play injured “Brown explained. “I didn’t give up, I was kicked out.”
Coach Arians disagrees
According to Brown, the “Bucs” player is suffering from an ankle injury. Investigations are said to have revealed a torn ligament and bone splinters in the joint. “The pain was extreme”said Brown.
Tampa Bays Coach Arians had previously disagreed that Brown stormed off the field because of this ankle injury. The 33-year-old Brown had the game against new York left angry in the third quarter and took off his jersey. the Buccaneers sat in the end with 28:24 against them Jets through.
