News | “Disguised Smiles”

Various emotions circulate in the inner world of each person, with different intensities, depending on what they have experienced. Connecting with these emotional intensities and being able to manifest them constitutes a great challenge: “it is courageous to dare to feel, and say what you feel”.

But not every time an emotion appears, its expression is consistent with what is felt.

Depending on the context, taking into account the characteristics of the links and the internal moment they are going through, some subjects disguise their expressions, to adapt and sustain certain situations.

What happens when a person feels that if he does not comply with the whims of another, that other can get angry?

He faces a dilemma: “If I listen to my wishes, I would have to say no, but what if I say no and he leaves me?”

In the bonds not only questions of love and desire are played, but also of power.

If the power remains only on one side, the other party will not realize it and will naturalize it, being dragged to suffer.

“This is very important for my partner, I cannot disappoint him.”

Phrase that denotes the belief of a subject in the superiority of another, underestimating himself, leaving aside his own desire.

Power issues can lead you to give up your being.

How not to evidence this renunciation of one’s own desire and internal suffering, before that powerful and judging gaze?

“Smiles cover up inner suffering, smiles disguised as a damaged soul.

Masks cover the feeling, pretending is usual.

Your valuable time flies, between disguised smiles, your life is being wasted.

How to stop the tireless repetition of the disguises of your soul?

Expressing a simple, but very powerful word: NO!

Keep in mind: “saying NO to another who asks you to give up your desire, is saying YES to yourself”.

Stop believing in those “almighty others”, it is never too late to start choosing yourself, losing your fear.

Give place to genuine smiles, feel your heart beating, stopping disguising your feelings.

Take a deep breath, take a few moments, vibrate with your desire and life drive by saying: “Yes, I believe in myself, and in living my time!”
