News | Alustiza Law Firm

Dr. Diego Alustiza, how were the beginnings of the Legal Study and for what purpose was it carried out?

The Firm emerged in the middle of 2015, after an excellent stage in the judiciary, fulfilling the dream of professional practice in a liberal way.

In 2019, the reference office in the South Zone was opened in José Mármol, Almirante Brown, which at this time is transferred to Puerto Madero, where we disembarked to have a closer relationship with the people of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the West Zone and the North Zone .

From the beginning, the efforts were focused on creating a Legal Study accessible to the public, with the greatest possible contact between the owner and the client, permanently; working to achieve it only in selected cases. Through the work team, it was possible to maintain these premises over the years. Likewise, priority was given to associating with colleagues who were previously linked to the judiciary or to the university field and were taking their first steps in the particular practice of the profession.

What services do you provide to your customers?

Comprehensive advice and representation is offered in everything related to Criminal Law. Mostly Criminal Defense, although victims and complainants are also represented. We have teams of Expert Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Computer Scientists, Criminalists, and Doctors, both to carry out their work in the expertise of the party, assistance to oral trials, as well as for the advice and support of clients. In addition, we have our own financing to cover expenses and professional fees.

In other areas of Law, we work with a network of specialized colleagues with whom we aspire to respond to all kinds of problems; Knowing that the client’s conflict often does not respond exclusively to a single branch of Law.

In turn, due to the development of the pandemic towards these times, it seeks to strengthen contact through virtual tools, which allows representing people from practically the 20 judicial departments of the province of Buenos Aires as well as the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. and Federal Courts of the country.

What are your goals for the coming years?

It is projected to be a reference among students and future colleagues, who always find immediate answers in any orientation they may need or consult.
