New Year’s Eve 2025: this is how you can start the new year with a bang in Zoetermeer

Three… two… one… happy new year! Before you know it, the time has come and you will be enjoying oliebollen and champagne on New Year’s Eve. But is that also possible somewhere in the city? Here in Zoetermeer you will find the best New Year’s Eve parties to ring in the year 2026.

Laser show

Toast the new year together during the free laser show on the Markt in Zoetermeer. From 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM, parents with children are welcome for an annual overview on video screens and a special countdown moment before the laser show starts. Kids get one free led stick.

All other Zoetermeer residents are welcome from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM to celebrate the end of 2025. Before the laser show there will be a performance by Peter La Haye. There will be a look back on video screens, a countdown moment, the laser show and a DJ performance afterwards.

Hit machine NYE Festival

Like every year, the SilverDome arena turns into a large festival site for young people on New Year’s Eve. Residents of Zoetermeer from the age of sixteen are welcome to celebrate the new year between 0.30 and 6.00 am. There is a banging countdown moment and various DJs perform. Ticket sales for Hitmachine NYE Festival 2025-2026 have started. You buy tickets from 14.50 euros each.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at The Old Pal

At The Old Pal you are welcome to celebrate the new year together between 0:30 am and 5:00 am. For this purpose, the restaurant room has been converted into an attractive party location. For this evening you can buy a package ticket that gives you unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks and mixed drinks. This applies until 3 a.m., after which you pay separately for each drink at the bar.
