At the same time as the sale of park side homes, the 36 owner-occupied apartments in the Waterblok building will also go on sale. These homes are spread over six floors and vary in size from 80 to 92 square meters. The impression drawing shows the orange-colored building on the main road. Rental apartments

In addition to the two small-scale residential buildings, work will also start on the construction of 29 rental apartments in the mid-range and private sector. More information will be announced when construction of the apartment building is completed.

All three buildings are centrally located near the Stadshart and Dorpsstraat. The park surrounding the buildings is a public area and a place where residents can meet each other.
