“I feel timeless”
The “picture” now told the “99 balloons” interpreter that she is celebrating her birthday, but which is still not a big deal because she would approach every day: “I thank God every morning when I wake up, for me that I was given a new day again.”
Furthermore, she would not chains her idea of life and how she was because of a certain age according to society. So she explained: “I celebrate every day of my life, even the wonderful day today, on which I will be 65 years old after human time. I feel timeless. I don’t think in time and I’m not a number either.”
She would send special greetings to her mother and father on such a day: “On my birthday, I honor my mother and father, who made my life possible for me.”

On her birthday, however, she does not remain alone, but invites you to a big party – in the context with the beginning of spring: “I look forward to a nice birthday party where we will dance extensively. I wanted this for this year. The dance into spring, which makes everything bloom and stands for new beginning.”

Most recently, Nena performed with Westbam on March 12, they played their shared track “Oldschool, Baby”. The singer also goes to her “We belong together” tour in summer. There are many appointments in Germany, especially in August.
