NBA star Jokić makes historical season perfect

At least double-digit values on points, rebounds and assists-on average over a whole season: Nikola Jokić has an impressive NBA main round.
Nikola Jokić is the third player in the history of NBA to end the season with double -digit average values for points, rebounds and templates. The star of the Denver Nuggets came at 117: 109 against the Memphis Grizzlies at a yield of 26 points, 16 rebounds and 13 templates. Even if he goes out completely empty in the last main round game on Sunday, this personal success is no longer to be taken away. In front of him only Russell Westbrook and Oscar Robertson had succeeded. Together with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander from the Oklahoma City Thunder, Jokić is the top favorite on the award as the most valuable player of the season.
With the home win, the nuggets consolidated fourth place in the Western Conference and thus had the home advantage in the first round of the playoffs. However, the decision is only made on Sunday at the end of the main round.
In contrast, the placements in the Eastern Conference are already fixed. The Milwaukee Bucks won 125:119 against the Detroit Piston’s around Dennis Schröder, securing fifth place in front of the pistons. The last duel of the two teams on Sunday no longer plays a role in the table. Without the sponsored stars Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero, the Orlando Magic won a 129:115 against the Indiana Pacers, Tristan da Silva convinced with 14 points. Orlando ends the main round in seventh place and meets the Atlanta Hawks in play-in, which won 124: 110 against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are in place one of the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics are second. Despite the 102:10 defeat against the Cavaliers, the New York Knicks can no longer be displaced by third place – despite now three bankruptcies in a row. The pacers are fourth. The Chicago Bulls stand in ninth place, tenths are the Miami Heat. Both teams meet in play-in.
