The German basketball world champion Dennis Schröder is visiting the castle arcades in downtown Braunschweig on Thursday, June 26. This was announced by the shopping center on social media. Schröder himself also noted the appointment on his Instagram channel.
From 5 p.m. you can personally meet the 31-year-old NBA star in the center of the Löwenstadt, at a “Meet & Greet” there are selfies or personal autographs with the basketball professional. Schröder has a new pop-up store there in early May. In the shop, he offers numerous products from his fashion label “Thats Tuff” as well as perfume and energy drinks. Incidentally, the small shop can no longer be found at the Braunschweig shopping hotspot for a long time. On June 28th – around seven weeks after the opening – should be over again. That had already been announced in advance.
For Schröder, the short -term shop is not the only project in its hometown. For example, he is a majority shareholder at the Braunschweig basketball players. The Detroit Piston’s NBA professional also regularly flirted with a return to the Löwenstadt. “My fixed project is still to play for Braunschweig again at the end of my career,” he only said in February about the “Sport Bild”. “To become a German champion with the lions – that’s a big dream of mine.”
