National soccer player Sara Däbritz leaves Paris Saint-Germain and changes within the French Ligue 1 to Champions League winner Olympique Lyon.
Däbritz will receive a three-year contract until June 30, 2025, as the club announced. “I’m happy and proud to be part of this great club!” Wrote the 27-year-old on Instagram.
Däbritz, Olympic champion in 2016 and European champion in 2013, moved from FC Bayern Munich to Paris in 2019. In 2021 she won the championship with PSG. This year Lyon was too strong and won superiorly. But at least Däbritz and her team won the cup. In the semi-finals of the premier class, PSG failed with Däbritz at Lyon.
