The National Football Team, which will face Paraguay in the second match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Group D on Saturday, June 20, has completed its preparations in Arizona, the main camp center for this match.
According to the statement made by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), all football players took part in the training held closed to the press at the Arizona Athletic Grounds under the management of coach Vincenzo Montella.
In the first part of the training, the players warmed up in the fitness room and then performed an activation exercise. The crescent-star team then worked on speed and tactics on the field. In the last part of the training, a double goal tactical game was played.
TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, TFF Deputy President Mecnun Otyakmaz, TFF Foreign Relations Board Deputy Chairman Çağrı Kanver and TFF General Secretary Abdullah Ayaz also watched the national team’s training.
The National Team will depart from Arizona to San Jose on June 17 at 21:00 CET.
The crescent-star team will continue their preparations for the Paraguay match with a training session, the first 15 minutes of which will be open to the press, at San Jose Park on June 18 at 04.30 CET.
