For the first time in three years, the title ‘Fish Chef of the Year’ does not go to a West Flemish person. Namur chef Joseph Jérémy from restaurant On s’en fish made it into the final against three West Flemish candidates. The chefs were instructed to create a dish with monkfish, the fish of the year, combined with a regional product.
