Rap artist Jay-Z, real name Shawn Corey Carter, is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 in a lawsuit filed on Sunday.
According to the lawsuit, Jay-Z raped the child together with Sean “Diddy” Combs. The lawsuit was originally filed in October, and at the time it named Diddy, who was accused of other sexual crimes, as a defendant. On Sunday, the lawsuit was filed again, and now Jay-Z is also named in it.

The girl was offered a drink that made her feel bad, so she went to the room to rest. Shortly after, Diddy and Jay-Z entered the room. Diddy had a “crazy look in his eyes” and told the girl that “you’re ready to party,” according to the lawsuit.
According to the lawsuit, Jay-Z took off his clothes, held the girl in his arms and raped her while Diddy and a female publicist watched by the side. After this, Diddy also raped the girl. The lawsuit does not say who this woman was.
