In a training camp in the Russian city of Ulyanovsk there is a lot of discontent among about 100 mobilized Russians. They were said to have been promised about 300,000 rubles (about EUR 4,9000), but that money has still arrived at their families.
“I never promised you the 300,000 rubles,” one female officer replied. “Obviously we’re being fooled here,” one of the soldiers replies.
There was also a protest. “One for all, but all for one person,” the mobilized chanted. Riot police were deployed, but the uprising is said to have ended peacefully.
