Municipality of Mol does not indicate that renovation behind owners: what are possible consequences for 1,800 residents?

Around 1,800 homeowners in Mol received a letter from the municipality because they may have done renovations without reporting. Preferably a tenth of the houses in Mol would have a cadastral income that is outdated, which means that the ‘land load’ is too low. Anyone who does not answer the letter and, for example, do not indicate his renovated attic, will receive a estimator. What are the consequences if you ‘forgot’ renovations?
