It is made up of 6 housing units of approximately 150 m2 each and a future Multipurpose Room available to the different owners. The land is located in a corner, however the entrance to the complex is proposed from Av. San Alfonso as a project starting point to simplify the central circulation, while respecting and conserving the greatest amount of existing vegetation. In this way, a centralized vehicular and pedestrian circulation is solved with an implantation of the “comb” type houses.

Typologically, each duplex has a ground floor with a kitchen, living room, dining room and toilet; while on the top floor there is the possibility of 2 or 3 bedrooms with a bathroom. Thanks to its implementation, each house has a private backyard and an individual covered garage for two cars, which in turn generates a possible expansion of the social sector on the ground floor.

For the exterior façades of the units, exposed brick was chosen as a material, which applied as a jointless cladding and together with screened sectors, gives a contemporary touch to a materiality that is very present in Córdoba. These screenings are proposed to ventilate and illuminate the spaces that adjoin the neighboring typology, but without losing the privacy of the environment. They are an excellent option to live or to invest surrounded by nature.
