The fire broke out in the bedroom of the house on Sunday evening. When the resident came home and discovered the fire, she called the emergency services herself, a spokesperson for the Safety Region said.
Residents of the surrounding homes had to temporarily leave their homes, but they are now allowed to enter again. The house where the fire broke out has extensive damage and is currently uninhabitable.
