Mowalola takes her first step in stationary trade in Germany and opens a pop-up in the German capital at the Berlin fashion week.
The brand of Nigerian-British designer Mowalola Ogunlesi opens a temporary area for the first time and thus debuts Berlin Fashion Week, Mowalola said on Wednesday. In the event location P100 she presents a curated selection of archive pieces and a first look at the upcoming “FW25-Mini-Capsule”.

The pop-up is part of the fashion and cultural program “Intervention” by the Berlin PR agency Reference Studios, which also includes the spring/summer 26-shows of the internationally successful brands Lueder, GmbH, David Koma and Ottolinger. While the fashion shows all take place on July 2, the temporary area of Mowalola is still open until July 4th.

Mowalola is known for her unconventional and revealing looks, which form a mixture of Nigerian youth culture and underground scene in London. She questions standards and redefines gender roles.
