A man fell off his motorcycle this week during a stunt show at the fair in Uden. It went wrong in the Infernal Varanne attraction, a show of a French stunt family in which motorcyclists enter a steep wall in a large wooden barrel. A video of the SMAK that De Stuntman makes goes on the internet since Monday.

During the stunt, a motorcyclist drives up the steep wall of the barrel as high and quickly as possible. On images you can see how one of the stunt riders of the attraction falls down when he reaches the top of the barrel and drives his hands loose. It is unclear whether he was injured in the fall.

The attraction is often a ‘Wall of Death‘ named. “As you can see by the scratches in the barrel, it sometimes goes wrong,” says announcer Hans Bonnamy, who is a presenter during the show. “Every scratch is a reminder of a driver who has fallen down. You can understand that the drivers cannot insure themselves for this,” he concludes on his Facebook page.

Infernal Varanne is one of the last traveling steep wall shows in Europe.
