The sale of tickets for the MotoGP Italian Grand Prix at Mugello enters its final phase. On the weekend of 29, 30 and 31 May the iconic track on the outskirts of Florence celebrates the historic milestone of 50 years since the first Italian motorcycling GP. Half a century in which the myth of Mugello was written, between champions and rivalries that made it one of the most iconic events of the MotoGP. And the extraordinary beauty of the track also contributes to this, undoubtedly one of the most fascinating in the world. In a week the MotoGP engines and fans from all over the world will light up the 5,245 meter circuit, from the first to the last corner.

The “world” history of Mugello begins on 16 May 1976, fifty years ago. The first start at the 500 cc pole is Giacomo Agostini on Suzuki, but the first victory of the premier class on the Tuscan track, thanks to the seizure of the Italian, was achieved by the British Barry Sheene, who will become world champion at the end of the year. The myth of Mugello grows, until it explodes in relatively recent times, when a young, irreverent and in some ways brilliant Valentino Rossi and the public that follows it transform a “simple” sporting competition between motorcycles into an event that mixes sport, music and entertainment comparable to few other international events. The 2026 edition of the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello will feature Moto3, Moto2, MotoGP, Sprint Race and the new World Cup Harley-Davidson Bagger, in addition to the Frecce Tricolori which will fly over the starting grid on Sunday 31 May. Then, at the checkered flag, the traditional invasion of the track and the DJ set from the podium. But it’s not just this. The motto “You can’t sleep at Mugello” it is not the result of chance, it derives from the atmosphere created in the over 100 hectares of equipped park in which the Scarperia track is immersed, transforming the Grand Prix weekend into an all-round experience, including camping, autograph sessions with the drivers, international DJ sets and very long nights.

Tickets for the 50th anniversary of the Italian Grand Prix of the world championship at Mugello are on sale on the circuit website and on the Ticketone platform. Let’s start 30 euros necessary for the lawn and come on 45 euros to sit in the stands, but for the more “prestigious” seats and season tickets you have to raise your budget. For a three-day lawn pass, therefore for the entire race weekend, you will not spend more than 150 euros.
