Eddy’s mother suffered from Alzheimer’s disease. Last week she suffered a brain haemorrhage. She had a stroke two years ago. “She’s a tough one, because she’s woken up again, and she’s still there, but the decline in cognitive skills is shocking,” Zoëy wrote on Instagram on Monday.

Five days after the message, Eddy reports on Instagram that his mother has passed away. “Hello, dear mom,” he writes. It is not clear how old she is.
