The Dutch police came across a “deeply sad and sad” incident in Zoetermeer this weekend. A woman and her 12-year-old daughter were involved in a crash, in which the mother appeared to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. She was arrested and had to surrender her driver’s license immediately. Officers found the daughter in tears in the backseat.
