North Sea will soon be Europe’s largest green energy plant: Prime Ministers of Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark sign ambitious energy agreement
On Wednesday, Prime Minister Alexander de Croo (Open Vld) and Energy Minister Tinne van Der Straeten (Green) traveled to Denmark together. On the agenda: a summit with their direct colleagues from the Netherlands, Denmark and Germany. The North Sea countries want to improve their supply of sustainable energy by building more wind farms together, linking them together, and bringing the generated power ashore.
