After the complete market value updates in the top leagues, the most valuable eleven in the world is also being repositioned. Compared to last November, there is an increase in the total value from previously 1.14 billion to around 1.25 billion euros – including three new faces.
In defence, Josko Gvardiol (21) joins the back three, which is also completed by Bayern’s Matthijs de Ligt (23) and Man City’s Rúben Dias (26). The Leipziger, who jumped from 60 million to 75 million euros after the World Cup, is ousting Reece James (23), who was recently devalued by 5 million to 65 million euros at the spinning Chelsea.
Behind the defensive is Mike Maignan (27), a new man between the posts. Thibaut Courtois (31; Real Madrid) – most recently still represented in the eleven -, Gianluigi Donnarumma (24; PSG) and Diogo Costa (23; Porto) also have a market value of 45 million euros, the keeper of AC Milan but the only one that has recorded a plus in recent updates. For Maignan it went up by 10 million euros.
Meanwhile, the midfield and attack is still riddled with players who are over the 100 million euro mark. The market value peak is shared by the top scorer Erling Haaland (22; Man City) and Kylian Mbappé (24; PSG) with 180 million euros each. The only new face in midfield is Arsenal’s top scorer Bukayo Saka (21), who has increased from €90m to €120m in the last six months and is ousting Barça talent Pedri. In addition to the 20-year-old, Napoli striker Victor Osimhen (24) and the Real duo Rodrygo (22) and Federico Valverde (24) make three other players with a three-digit million value not in the eleven.

This is how the Transfermarkt market values work
The Transfermarkt market values are created taking into account various pricing models and a strong involvement of the Transfermarkt community, which deals with the values in detailed discussions. The transfer market market values are not to be equated with the transfer fees actually paid.
The goal is not to predict a price, but an expected value. When determining the market value, both individual transfer modalities and situational framework conditions are relevant to a certain extent. Examples of this are listed here. Transfermarkt does not use an algorithm (for detailed market value definition).
