Moped star (16) in danger of life after collision in Hooglede: motorist (31) takes positive drug test

A 31-year-old motorist left the road at 3.15 pm on the Diksmuidesteenweg in Hooglede in West Flanders, probably because he had fallen asleep. He hit a 16-year-old moped from Staden. The girl became stuck between the passenger car and a lighting pole. She is in mortal danger.
