When you register as monotributista can enjoy the coverage of a social work, monotax monthly payment includes this contribution.
You can consult the social works that accept monotributistas in he List of social works of the Superintendence of Health Services.
After having elapsed three months of the Alta de Monotributo and having selected the social work of your preference, keep in mind that you must carry out the affiliation process to be able to start using it, this is a personal procedure. Contact the social work and present the necessary documentation:
- Proof of the first three monotax payments.
- Form 184/F form. It is the document that is downloaded after confirming the discharge.
- F. 152. It is the payment credential. You can find it in the “Constances” option in the Monotax portal.
- Original ID and photocopy.
Optionally you can unify the contributions with your spouse, as long as you have the same social work.
You can adhere to the members of your family group, paying an additional for each one. This additional is included in the monthly monotax payment.
After discharge you must present the Affidavit of Health 300/97 before Anses. It is important to meet this presentation, so that the social work can cover health expenses before any inconvenience.
Change of social work
The change of social work is done through the Internet, from the Arca page. You must count on your Fiscal Key Level 3 and have enabled the “My SSSalud” service. Once entered the service, press the new option and complete the data that the system asks for. Once the load is finished, an email must reach you, which you have to validate to confirm the operation. When the mail is validated, you will be able to download the constancy of change and validity of your new social work.
Social monotax
The choice of social work can be done at the time of registering in the social monotax, you can also request the accession of your family group (spouse or concubine, single children under 21, children of up to 25 years even who study, children with disabilities without age limit).
In case you want to adhere to a member of your family group that is not on the list, you must register the family relationship in Anses.
Remember in any of the cases, if you are satisfied with the social work that you chose or made the change, you must be up to date with the payment of the monotax to be able to enjoy the coverage of the social work.
