For the first time in Monopoly’s new special version, the banknotes have been replaced by a mobile app. In the new Monopoly App Banking version of the legendary monopoly board game no longer processes cash, but the bank runs in a cell phone application. The application is free, but it requires one of the players to have a compatible smartphone or tablet. The app will only replace the money handling, and the game is still played on the physical board.
