American Rudy Farias from Texas disappeared in 2015 at the age of 17. He walked his two dogs and never returned home. Now, eight years later, he has been found alive. What exactly happened to him is a mystery.
The 25-year-old man was found unconscious a few days ago near a church in Houston, USA. He could be identified as Rudy Farias, who disappeared on March 6, 2015. The young man was walking his two dogs at the time. Afterwards he disappeared without a trace.
The 20-something was immediately taken to hospital with injuries and, according to initial medical findings, would have been assaulted. According to his mother, Farias doesn’t dare say anything and shrinks at every touch. Nor would he know his own name.
According to his family, Farias was struggling with mental problems at the time of his disappearance. They would have arisen after the death of his brother, who died in a motorcycle accident. “His brother was his best friend. He watched him die before his very eyes,” Brenda Paradise, a private investigator for the Farias family, said in April 2015.
The police did not treat the case as a crime for years, but his family insisted that the circumstances were suspicious. It is not yet clear what has happened to Farias in recent years.
