It cost more than a day and one night through negotiation, but eventually Minister Eelco Heinen (Finance) reached an agreement on the Spring Memorandum with coalition parties with coalition parties PVV, VVD, NSC and BBB. While the leaders of the parties immediately told the country where they can all spend money, VVD member Heinen (43) notes that all those bills are also paid neatly.
