Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management Berry Madlener calls for driving outside rush hour on busy days, such as Tuesday and Thursday, because of traffic jam problems. Madlener says that citizen behavior is the only solution to combat the traffic jam, because nitrogen problems, high costs and personnel shortages make it impossible to build new roads. Reporter Charlotte Sun speaks to road users on the first day of the campaign.
