Minestrone soup has its roots in Italy.

You can use any kind of pasta for minestrone soup, for example fusilli or macaroni. Timolina

Minestrone soup is an easy everyday dish that is served in schools, for example, but when was the last time you made this warming and suitably spicy soup yourself? Inexpensive soup with tomato broth is a perfect winter meal.

You can easily make minestrone soup with the instructions of the recipe service Kotikokki.net.

THE FACTS

The original minestrone soup also includes beans. So if you want, you can also add a can of beans to the soup.

Ham also adds richness to the soup, which you can chop into the pot if you wish.

Minestrone soup

1 liter of water

1 vegetable stock cube

500 g of crushed tomatoes

2 dlpasta

250 g of frozen soup vegetables

200 g of peas

a piece of celery, sliced

approx. 200 g of canned mushrooms

2 tsp pizza seasoning

2-3 chopped garlic cloves

1. Put water and vegetable stock cube in a pot and heat until boiling.

2. Add the pasta and tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Check the doneness of the pasta. The pasta must not remain raw, but it should not be overcooked either.
