Varied program and many stars
The idea for the German Comic Con came about seven years ago. The founder Markus Borchert realized his vision of an event that was to be based on the US comic fairs in San Diego and New York. More than 100,000 spectators now attend the series of events.
In addition to numerous activities for children, some entertainment greats await you this year. A special treat is Irish actor Jack Gleeson, best known for his role as Joffrey Baratheon on Game of Thrones.
WWE wrestler and actor Scott Adkins (“The Expendables 2”) and actress Stephen Amell (“Arrow”) are also at the start. The entertainment program ranges from a wrestling show, an all-day stage program to dance acts and Q&As with the stars, cosplayround tables and much more.
