The 21st Milan Marathon is by Ugandan Andrew Kwemoi in 2h07’14”, ahead of Kenyan Timothy Kattam (2h07’53”) and Rwandan John Hakizimana (2h08’18”). In fifth place the first of the Azzurri Yeman Crippa, who finishes in 2h08’57” at his debut over the 42 km after a fit of vomiting at the 39th kilometre, probably due to one too many refuellings. Relay races

The Milanese appointment is also a challenge and show between the relays of the Lenovo Relay Marathon, the team race (3250 participants) which every year allows the marathon route to be divided into four fractions (between 7 and 13 km long each). and help one of the 92 member non-profit organizations. The Levissima School Marathon – the 3 kilometer race for children organized in collaboration with Opes (Organization for Sport Education) which involved 8500 children, families and carers – and the Dog Run Arcaplanet, also proved to be a success event dedicated to dogs and their owners which actually closed the three days of the Milano Running Festival in City Life.
