Mick Schumacher is without a regular cockpit in Formula 1 this season. In an interview, the Mercedes replacement driver has now revealed which leisure activities he can really switch off with!
It is well known that the son of Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher likes animals just like his sister Gina – but at the same time he is not totally into music!
The ex-Haas pilot in an interview with his sponsor “DVAG”: “I recently bought a DJ desk, that’s actually quite funny.”
So Mick will soon be a DJ. What if Formula 1 doesn’t work out for the Formula 2 World Champion? “No! We had a Christmas party and we didn’t want a DJ because he always played his music and not ours.”
So Mick jumped in without further ado, “but then the mixer suddenly went off” and so the DJ session was over quickly – but the desire was kindled. Basically, Mick likes to listen to house chill music.
However: Festivals are nothing for the ambitious driver! “I’ve been to a festival maybe three or four times, it’s not for me because I don’t like crowds that much. I’m rather shy of people.” He prefers to go full throttle on the racetrack…
