Mete Gazoz, one of our representatives at the Archery World Cup held in Nanjing, People’s Republic of China, missed the bronze medal in the men’s classical bow category. Our national athlete, who defeated his opponent Matias Grande in the quarter-finals and advanced to the semi-finals, lost 6-2 to Brady Ellison.
Mete, who lost to his French opponent Thomas Chirault in his fight for the bronze medal, returned from the tournament empty-handed.
