Melanie Molz is taking on a new role within the Walbusch Group.

The former boss of the discontinued shoe provider LaShoe said she took on the role of General Manager Walbusch Brand on the career network Linkedin at the beginning of the year. She has been working as Product & Brand Director at the Solingen-based clothing group since March 2024.

Molz joined the group, which includes the brands Walbusch, Avena and Mey & Edlich, in April 2014. At that time she took over as head of the advertising department. At the end of 2018, she moved to the top of the online shoe provider LaShoe, which she announced about two years ago. She then took over her previous position in the Walbusch management.

In her new role as Walbusch brand manager, Molz is responsible for a brand with more than 40 branches in Germany, which just opened another location in Osnabrück in October.
