Mehmet Büyükekşi was re-elected as TFF President! – Breaking Football news



Mehmet Büyükekşi, who entered the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Ordinary Election General Assembly as the only candidate, was re-elected to the presidency. In the general assembly held in Ankara, the presidential election was held. Büyükekşi, who won 169 of the 191 votes used, was brought back to the presidency. 22 of the votes cast were deemed invalid.


The following names are included in the list of the new board of directors headed by Büyükekşi:


İbrahim Burkay, Yusuf Günay, Yalçın Orhan, Alkın Kalkavan, Hamit Altıntop, Müslüm Özmen, Volkan Can, Ali Dusmez, Erman Kalkandelen, Ramazan Üçdan, Ruşen Cetin, Mustafa Eröğüt, Şafak Müderrisgil, Haluk Kalyoncu.


Mehmet Büyükekşi used the following expressions in his thank you speech:


We will make every effort and work to make the work we have done in the previous period even better, with our new board of directors in the next 4 years. Thank you to each and every one of you for the trust you have shown in us. We are for unity, we love everyone. We don’t have a problem with anyone about this. There were some conversations.
