Hanisha Sethi tried them all, day after day, spending many more hours in the kitchen than she usually does. Multiple yoga classes per week

Sethi herself admitted it: she struggled to introduce it into her every day Meghan’s many appointments with yoga and the mat. But she had no choice. Markle, thanks to her mother Doria (still a yoga teacher in Los Angeles), is a big fan of Hot Vinyasa Flow, a rather exhausting discipline, and she has practiced it since she was very young in long daily sessions. She is also helped by the advantage of having a super-stocked gym at home, a huge garden at her disposal and an entire team that organizes her diary of daily commitments.
