The English offensive player is supposed to attract the interest of FC Bayern more and more. Dortmund’s managing director Hans-Joachim Watzke, however, is clearly expressed as new reports.
Is Jamie Gitten now focused on at FC Bayern? The German record champion is still desperately looking for top -class reinforcements after desired transfer Florian Wirtz had rejected the club. But even with the further traded solutions Bradley Barcola (by Paris Saint-Germain) or Nico Williams (Athletic Bilbao), the Munich people probably have little chance of an obligation.
Now the name of Borussia Dortmund’s Gitten is more called-on Monday evening, several media even reported a meeting between Bayern sports director Max Eberl and BVB Managing Director Hans-Joachim Watzke.
But the Dortmund boss immediately clearly contradicted these reports. When asked by Sky, whether there was a meeting with Eberl because of Gittens, he said: “No. This message is an absolute duck.”
According to Sky, the English offensive player still strives for a change. A planned transfer to Chelsea FC had recently failed. The 20-year-old therefore remains on the list of Eberl. The Dortmunders, reportedly, demanded around 65 million euros from Chelsea.
