FC Augsburg is apparently interested in signing Mainz goalkeeper Finn Dahmen.
As the “kicker” reports, the Fuggerstadt-based company is said to have already made an initial offer for the 24-year-old from their Bundesliga competitor.
Official announcements were initially not available in the personnel. Dahmen still has a contract with FSV Mainz 05 until the summer of 2023, but is only a replacement behind Robin Zentner.
The Pole Rafal Gikiewicz has been number one for the Augsburgers since moving from Union Berlin in the summer of 2020, but he always shows inconsistent performances.
