Masslaim against large energy companies started: up to thousands of euros back per household

The Consumers’ Association, Vereniging Eigen Huis (VEH) and Stichting Consumers Competition Claims (CCC) are starting a collective lawsuit against six large energy companies. The interest groups demand compensation for customers who had to pay incorrectly higher rates for their variable contracts.
