I am the eldest of five sisters, born in a humble family with a dressmaker mother and a bricklayer father. At 15 years old, life led me to start working while studying at night. My first job was in a family business, which is still standing, and there I began to build my path. Working during the day, studying at night and taking courses on weekends, I trained myself.
At the age of 18, she was already in demand by important local companies thanks to the knowledge she had acquired, especially in using the first computers and programming systems. At 19, I joined an import company, also a family one, linked to the previous one. It was in that environment where I detected a recurring pattern: family problems directly impacted the development of companies. I was surprised that there was no recognition of how personal conflicts influenced the work environment and, therefore, the entire organization.
In 2005, a promotion from my husband allowed me to fulfill a long-delayed dream: studying at university. After years of moving, I obtained my Public Accounting degree in 2012, complemented by a diploma in International Trade and a postgraduate degree in Family Business Management. It was then that I connected the dots of my career: my first jobs, although unplanned, had set the course of my professional life. I knew I had a mission, but I didn’t yet know how to achieve it.
The discovery came when I learned about Business Coaching. I studied with Rafael Echeverría in Chile, and that training was the turning point I needed. I deeply understood the unique dynamics of family businesses and found tools to address the emotional and organizational challenges they face. From that moment on, I focused my career on consulting, integrating new approaches to resolve family conflicts within business.
Today, I work as a coach and consultant in Carlos Paz and other locations in the country. I have incorporated tools such as Team Coaching, Agile Coaching, Systemic Constellations and Enneagrams, designing comprehensive solutions that not only resolve conflicts, but also strengthen family cohesion and business growth.
My purpose is clear: to avoid stories of family breakups and business dissolutions caused by internal disputes. My experience has taught me that the combination of technical skills and emotional tools is key to preserving both business and family ties.
Looking back, I recognize that each job left me valuable lessons: a boss in a lime company taught me the importance of order, hierarchy and technological innovation; In a store with more than 40 years of history, I learned the value of constant effort and personal improvement; At an importing company, a leader showed me the importance of delegating, trusting and accompanying the teams. At the same time, I witnessed how unresolved family conflicts undermined the success of these companies.
Today, my mission is to accompany business families to face their challenges constructively, achieving a balance between the company and family ties. I want to ensure that family businesses not only survive, but thrive, strengthening their ties and ensuring generational continuity.
